I Love Your Properties...How Do I Apply To Rent Them?

 

Unlike many landlords, we do not charge for applications. We realize Hawaii is an expensive place to rent and charging for applications only makes it worse. We do however, require you to personally tour the rentals and meet with us before we'll consider you as a tenant. This is done for your safety and ours as well as ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties. Please download our PDF fillable form rental application and return it to us via email, snail mail or physical drop off after touring the property. We also encourage you to download the PDF copy of the info sheet for the rental unit(s) you are interested in. Unfortunately, we have previously been a target of a copy-cat rental scam. This website, Zillow, Hot Pads, Trulia, the military rental site and the related Craiglist ads are the only legitimate rental advertisements for the properties listed and will all have the same contact information. If you see any of the properties offered on another site, please inform us so we can take action to prevent fraud.
